Services offered

We offer a wide range of services that includes but not limited to production of a DNP capstone project. Specifically, the services offered include:

Placing an order

It is the sole responsibility of the client to place an order. When placing such an order, the client has a duty to provide clear instructions. This company shall not be held liable for any injury or harm that the client may suffer as a result of providing unclear writing instructions.

The company shall begin working on an order after the client has completed the ordering process and not any other point earlier than that.

Incomplete order

If the client has not completed the ordering process, then the order will be marked as “incomplete”. Subsequently, this company shall not commence the process of working on such an order.

Some of the scenarios when an order can be considered as incomplete include:

  • When the client is yet to pay for the order
  • When the customer needs some specific resources to be used when working on his/her order and he/she is yet to provide such sources.
  • When a writer requests a clarification on the instructions given and the client is yet to respond.

Pricing

Prices for the services offered by this company are as quoted. This firm reserves the right to adjust such prices from time according to the prevailing market and economic conditions. It is nonetheless worth to note that the firm commits itself to setting the prices in a transparent and fair manner.

Discounts

This company offers different types of discounts. Such discounts are offered on a client to client basis. The client must enter the discount coupon before making the final payment. The client cannot ask for a refund in terms of a discount once he/she has paid for the full payment.

This firm reserves the right to deny any client any type of a discount.

Payment

Clients are requested to pay upfront for all the services ordered for. This company shall not work not execute any order that is yet to be paid for. The payment of the order must also be paid in full.

If this company detects any fraud that the client may attempt to commit during the payment process, it shall be sure to notify the relevant authorities. Such frauds include but not limited to; paying with a stolen credit card and trying to game the system.

While the company has the responsibility of ensuring that the payment system is secure, the client is also tasked with protecting his/her financial details from potential online fraudsters.

Refund

To ensure maximum satisfaction of the client, he/she is entitled for a refund in a number of scenarios as highlighted below:

  • If the client by mistake pays for the same order twice. Should this happen, the client is entitled to 100% refund for the second. Where the transaction cost applies during the refund, the client shall be charged for that.
  • When the client makes multiple similar orders while he/she is only in need of one- In order to get a full refund, the client must cancel the extra orders before they are assigned to a writer or editor.

The client has to make a refund in not more than fourteen days after the payment has been made.

Revision

Sometimes the client may feel the need to ask for a revision. There are some circumstances when the company has an obligation to revise client’s work for free as highlighted below:

  • If there is clear proof that the writer/editor assigned the order failed to follow the instructions provided by the client.
  • When there is proof of plagiarism.
  • When there is sufficient proof that the client’s work is of substandard quality considering his/her academic level.

It is the sole of duty of the client to provide proof need when requesting for free work revision. Such a request must also be made not more than fourteen days after the order has been delivered.

Plagiarism

This company guarantees the client plagiarism-free work. The company further agrees that it shall not copy and paste information from online sources or other materials. This firm also commits itself to correctly citing and referencing different types of documents that it offers to clients.

Responsible use of this company’s products

The client agrees to use the products offered by dnpprojecthelp.us responsibly. He/she therefore must not submit the delivered product as it is for marking.

Adjustment of this terms and conditions

Resolutions of disputes

In case a dispute arises between the client and this company, both parties agree that they shall first attempt to negotiate in good faith in order to resolve the dispute.

Both parties therefore expressly agree that litigation shall not be the first form of dispute resolution mechanism to be used in case any form of dispute arises.
